Attracting and cultivating a diverse workforce to produce exceptional results continues to be at the forefront of workers’ compensation industry. DATA has developed a certification program for a group of diverse and accomplished students who have expressed an interest in the Workers’ Compensation/Risk Management field, with the goal of their future employment within our industry. 15 students are participating in the 2024 certification program.
