Kick off WCI 2026 by making a meaningful impact at the Give Kids The World Service Day. Join hundreds of workers’ compensation professionals for a morning of hands-on service that helps create joy and memorable experiences for children with critical illnesses and their families.

Volunteer opportunities at Give Kids The World Village and the Orlando World Center Marriott include creating party crafts, hosting games, supporting Village venues, and participating in outdoor beautification projects.

Before You Register

Please review the information below before registering.
Availability
Opportunities are first come, first served. The form displays only projects with remaining availability.
Registering as a Group
Review options and age requirements together, then have each person select the same available project.
Registering for Someone Else
Enter the actual volunteer’s name and information—not a duplicate of your own.
Project Changes
Age requirements vary by project. If needed, WCI will contact you to arrange an alternative assignment.

Village Venues

Background Check Required
Guest-facing roles at Give Kids The World Village, supporting breakfast, attractions, and memorable experiences for children and families.
Breakfast at Zack’s Timeout
Ages 12+ with an adult or 16+
Assist with breakfast bags, coffee, and hot tea.
Breakfast Cart
Ages 16+ with valid driver’s license
Deliver breakfast by golf cart and help stock and break down the cart.
Café Clayton Greeter
Ages 16+
Welcome families and help track breakfast guests.
Café Clayton
Ages 8+ with an adult or 16+
Assist families in assigned breakfast roles.
Henri’s Starlite Scoops
Ages 10+ with an adult or 16+
Serve ice cream treats for Village families.
Train Conductor
Ages 18+ with valid driver’s license
Help support the JJ’s Express train experience.
Train Driver
Ages 25+ with valid driver’s license
Help operate the JJ’s Express train experience.
Amberville Attendant
Ages 10+ with an adult or 16+
Help welcome families at Amberville’s entertainment center.
Castle Attendant
Ages 10+ with an adult or 16+
Welcome guests and support family moments at the Castle of Miracles.
Carousel Gate Keeper
Ages 16+
Help welcome riders and support safe boarding and unloading.
Carousel Operator
Ages 18+
Assist with safe boarding, unloading, and Carousel operation.

Village Beautification

Outdoor Projects
Hands-on outdoor projects that help refresh and maintain Give Kids The World Village. These assignments require volunteers to be at least 16 years old; General Beautification is 12+.

Help host carnival-style games for children and families at Give Kids The World Village.

Stay at the Marriott to create crafts and party materials for the families’ nightly celebrations. Volunteers will also enjoy a fun morning featuring trivia, Give Kids The World facts, alumni families, and more.
