Paradigm—Proud to Be Rockin’ for a Cause at WCI 2025

GKTW Gala Side Stage Sponsor Featured Article: Paradigm

Paradigm, the industry leader in improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses while delivering lower cost of care for clients, is honored to continue our valuable partnership with the annual Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI®) Educational Conference. Through opportunities such as sponsorships, speaking sessions, and philanthropic support, we’re grateful to further our shared mission of changing lives for the better.

The Give Kids the World Gala helps kick off the conference with a bang each year, raising awareness and funds to give critically ill children and their families magical experiences in central Florida. This year’s musical theme, Rockin’ for a Cause, promises to be a night filled with fun and entertainment that shines a spotlight on this incredible organization. Last year, the Gala raised an amazing $200,000—and Paradigm is proud, once again, to support this extremely worthwhile event as a Side Stage Sponsor.

Hitting the fairway for Kids’ Chance

Another key annual pre-conference event is the Kids’ Chance of Florida Golf Tournament. By bringing together workers’ compensation leaders and golf enthusiasts, this fun and friendly tournament makes a long drive toward supporting the Kids’ Chance mission. With participants, volunteers, and a Gold Level sponsorship, team members from across Paradigm will also be doing their part to provide educational scholarships to the children of workers who were severely injured or lost in work-related accidents.

Moving our industry forward

Connecting industry leaders and subject matter experts, the WCI Conference delivers an enriching educational experience with relevant and comprehensive sessions. Along with serving as an Elite Sponsor at this year’s gathering in August, Paradigm thought leaders will be presenting on critical topics in their field during the following sessions:

  • Transforming Lives—A Powerful Story of Recovery Through Early Intervention:
On Tuesday, August 19, Jan Saunders, CPO, Clinical Director Prosthetics for Paradigm, and Teddy Gonzalez, Medical Case Manager, will join Jack Richmond, former CEO/President of the Amputee Coalition, for a heartfelt and engaging exploration of the power of early intervention and human-focused care for limb loss cases.
  • Balancing Care and Costs—Ethical Dilemmas in Workers’ Compensation:
On Wednesday, August 20, Jeff Ziblut, Senior Director of Post-Acute Care Services, Paradigm; Lea Wagner, Vice President of Case Management Clinical Solutions, Paradigm; and Robin Clifton, Director of Workers’ Compensation, Nobis Rehabilitation Partners will examine some of the most common ethical dilemmas in our industry and share insights into strategies for their successful resolution.

We look forward to seeing colleagues, partners, and clients in Orlando next month!

Doing what’s right to build a brighter future

Whether managing care for seriously injured workers or through positive philanthropic action, the entire Paradigm team is committed to putting people first. For years, we’ve been proudly volunteering and working with Give Kids the World Village and have seen the incredible impact this organization has had on supporting families and igniting hope. Paradigm is honored to be part of the festivities once again—and we hope this year’s Gala is another in a long line of successful and unforgettable evenings.
