This year’s Putting on the Ritz-themed gala continues a 12-year tradition that has raised more than $1.3 million to make dreams come true.

The Kids’ Chance of Florida Golf Tournament is a pre-conference highlight, bringing together industry leaders for a meaningful day on the course. Proceeds support educational opportunities for children of seriously and fatally injured workers—a mission Paradigm proudly supports through a Gold-level sponsorship, volunteer efforts, and team participation.
A shining example of hope
A powerful example of the impact of Kids’ Chance, Brianna Flynn—a former scholarship recipient and now a Paradigm Case Manager—recently spoke at the Kids’ Chance of America National Conference. After losing her father at a young age, Kids’ Chance made it possible for her to earn her college degree. Today, she supports injured workers and their families—bringing her story full circle.
