Industry representatives can sometimes find it challenging to travel to various state capitols to meet with workers’ compensation regulators. WCI has partnered with the Southern Association of Workers’ Compensation Administrators (SAWCA) to provide an opportunity for conference attendees to schedule informal one-on-one meetings with state regulators. These meetings provide a great opportunity to discuss policy and regulatory issues facing your company and to build new relationships or strengthen existing ones.

The following jurisdictions are currently participating in the Ask-the-Regulator meetings: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, South Carolina, Virginia, and the Virgin Islands.
