August 23–26, 2026 · Orlando World Center Marriott

WCI 2026 returns August 23–26, 2026, at the Orlando World Center Marriott with the theme WCI Goes Glam: Bold Ideas & Big Impact. This year’s conference brings together powerful keynotes, signature networking events, live entertainment, and meaningful opportunities to connect with the workers’ compensation community.

Thought Leadership for the Future

This year’s Industry Keynote, The Next Decade of Risk: Are You Built to Survive It?, will challenge attendees to think beyond today’s headlines and prepare for the forces reshaping the future of risk management. From emerging technologies and workforce changes to evolving business and regulatory landscapes, this thought-provoking session will explore what organizations must do now to stay resilient and competitive in the years ahead.

The excitement continues at the Opening Session on Monday, August 24, with keynote speaker Daymond John. Entrepreneur, investor, branding expert, and star of ABC’s Shark Tank, Daymond has built a global reputation for turning bold ideas into successful ventures. His inspiring presentation will offer valuable lessons on leadership, innovation, perseverance, and creating impact in a rapidly changing world.

Connect, Network, and Celebrate

The week officially begins with the Founders’ Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 23, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Palms Ballroom corridor. This popular gathering provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet first-time attendees, engage with speakers and conference leaders, and start the week by expanding your professional network.

After a full day of education and meetings on Monday, attendees can unwind at the Monday Night Reception Featuring Bret Michaels. Known for his high-energy performances and rock-and-roll legacy, Bret Michaels will bring an unforgettable evening of entertainment and celebration to cap off an exciting first day of conference activities.

Supporting Causes That Matter

One of WCI’s defining traditions is its commitment to giving back, and this year’s charitable events continue that legacy.

The Give Kids The World Give Back Gala & Silent Auction takes place on Saturday, August 22, with this year’s theme, Putting On The Ritz. Guests will enjoy an elegant evening featuring dinner, entertainment, and an exciting in-room Silent Auction. Proceeds support Give Kids The World Village, helping provide life-changing wish vacations for children with critical illnesses and their families.

On Tuesday evening, attendees can travel back in time at the Tuesday Night Soirée, an 80s-themed Party for a Purpose featuring the nationally acclaimed band The Molly Ringwalds. This fan-favorite event combines fun, music, and philanthropy, with ticket proceeds supporting Kids’ Chance of America and the WORKS initiative, helping create educational and career opportunities for deserving students and future professionals.

A Meaningful Start to the Week

For those seeking reflection and inspiration, the annual Prayer Breakfast offers a memorable way to begin the conference week. This uplifting gathering will feature worship led by the DWAY Praise Team, inspirational messages from Pastor Ron Simmons, and remarks from Dr. Claire Muselman. Attendees from all backgrounds are invited to join together for a morning of encouragement, gratitude, and fellowship.

More Than a Conference

Whether you’re attending for the education, the networking, the entertainment, or the opportunity to give back, WCI 2026 offers something for everyone. From world-class keynote speakers and industry insights to unforgettable evening events and charitable initiatives, this year’s conference promises to deliver experiences that will educate, inspire, and connect our community like never before.
