The Workers’ Compensation Institute is proud to support a variety of charitable efforts each year. Proceeds from the conference help fund future events and support nonprofit organizations that make a meaningful impact. Our “Spirit to Serve” Committee oversees both volunteer initiatives and financial giving, with Give Kids The World Village as our primary charity.

Do you love animals? Join WCI in our “Spirit to Serve” initiative as we support the Pet Alliance. Recharge, relax, and play with furry friends in need of love and a home in the Puppy & Kitten Cuddle Zone, located in the Exhibit Hall. Help us feed a dog or cat or sponsor a Rescue Transfer with a donation!
The 5th Annual Kids’ Chance of Florida Golf Tournament
In partnership with the WCI 2025 Conference, please join us for the 5th Annual Kids’ Chance of Florida Golf Tournament, a day where passion for golf meets purpose. As we gather on the greens of the beautiful Hawk’s Landing Golf Club, we’re not just playing for par – we’re driving towards a brighter future for children affected by workplace injuries.
2nd Annual Tuesday Night Soiree
Break out the neon, tease that hair, and dust off your leg warmers – WCI’s Tuesday Night Soirée is back, and this year, we’re going all-in with an unforgettable 80s-theme celebration that combines fun, music and a meaningful cause.
50% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation — and WCI will match at least $10,000 raised.
13th Annual Prayer Breakfast
Join WCI and the Diversity and Talent Alliance (DATA) as we welcome Pastor Ron Simmons of Designer’s Way Christian Church, along with the dynamic DWAY Praise Team, for an unforgettable time of worship and inspiration.
Swag For Schools
WCI this year has teamed up with Swag for Schools, which is a neat program that will take the remaining goodies vendors have left after the Conference is over and distribute them to local participating schools.

Habitat For Humanity
WCI donated $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles to assist with wildfire rebuilding efforts.
