The special Sunday afternoon session, Clarity Under Pressure: The Stress Reset for Workers’ Compensation Leaders, invites participants to experience evidence-based mind-body practices designed to regulate stress in real time. Instead of a traditional lecture, this immersive session focuses on movement, breathing, and practical tools attendees can use to improve performance, communication, and well-being at work and in life. This session is scheduled for 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm in Crystal Ballroom J1.
