2026 Conference
The Professional Mediation Conference offers a practical, engaging look at the strategies, skills, and emerging issues shaping successful mediation. Guided by sessions on motion practice, ethics and rules, settlement writing, mock mediation, diversity, AI and technology, complex legal and medical challenges, communication, Medicare/MSA strategies, and collaboration among adjusters and attorneys, this conference delivers real-world tools to help participants navigate difficult conversations, overcome obstacles, and achieve better outcomes at mediation.
