Session Requirements:

• A session must be one hour in length.
• A minimum of two speakers; a moderator is also recommended.
• Sessions may not serve as a marketing platform for any company, product, or service.
• Submitters and speakers must provide continuing education documentation upon request for accreditation purposes.
• Speakers must collaborate prior to the conference (virtually or in person) to organize presentations, talking points, and session flow.
• Speakers are encouraged to promote their session and the conference within their professional networks.
• Having speakers soley from one company is not permitted.

Guidelines for Strong Proposals:

• Include opportunities for audience interaction.
• Provide practical takeaways and materials for distribution to attendees.
• Feature diverse perspectives by including speakers from different backgrounds or areas of expertise.
• Address emerging trends, innovative ideas, and thought-provoking topics.
