If you are interested in submitting a speaking proposal for the 78th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference and 35th Annual Safety and Health Conference scheduled for August 18-21, 2024 at the Orlando World Center Marriott, please complete the form below. The deadline to receive a proposal is Friday, January 12, 2024. Proposals will be evaluated on content, attendee interest, and speaker subject matter expertise.
Session Requirements:
- A session must be one-hour in length.
- A session must not be used as a marketing platform for a company, product, or service.
- The submitter, or speaker(s) must provide continuing education information to WCI, when requested, for accreditation purposes.
- Speakers must meet (virtually or in-person) several times prior to the conference to collaborate on their respective presentations, talking points, and session organization.
- Speakers are strongly encouraged to promote their session and conference with their professional network.
Please consider the following items when developing a session:
- Provide an opportunity for audience interaction.
- Provide valuable and practical take-aways for the attendees.
- Have speakers offer varied perspectives on the topic. This can be accomplished with speakers from different backgrounds or subject matter expertise.
- Explore emerging, over-the-horizon, innovative, and thought-provoking topics.
