The Florida Reference Manual will be placed on a flash drive for all registered attendees along with the workers’ compensation statutes of all 50 states. Your logo or design will be placed on the outside of the flash drive which will continue to be used throughout the year and perhaps indefinitely. We will also place a full-page, full-color ad by your design on the drive.
Advertise on the 2 giant overhead LCD TV screens. These screens have great visibility along the Marriott’s marble walkway, a high-traffic area leading to classes and the hotel lobby escalators. Your ad will air for 10 seconds and then rotate. We will only sell 2 10-second spots. This area has at least 30 seconds of visibility during the walk up the marble walkway. Watch your step! Full-color floor signs will be placed on the marble walkway, on the convention level between the escalators and the rotunda. Floor Signs are 3 ft. square, circle, star, oval or triangle. Advertise your booth, hospitality suite and more. Space selection is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference will have several charging stations placed around the exhibit hall and convention level foyers for attendees to charge their cell phones, computers and electronic devices. Sponsor a station and have your company logo on all 4 sides or design a full-panel advertisement on all 4 sides.
WCI will produce your full-color design on a 15’ flutter flag to be placed on the hotel driveway and convention entrance for all attendees to see as they arrive at the conference and as they come and go each day for the duration of the conference.

The WCI Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday with an 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. The tournament will be at Hawk’s Landing Golf Club, located at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Approximately 100 players participate each year.
Golf Tournament Awards Luncheon Sponsor – $3000
The golf tournament awards luncheon follows the golf tournament each year and provides great food and prizes. The tournament winners are awarded at the luncheon. This sponsorship includes a full-color banner at the luncheon acknowledging your company as the luncheon sponsor, verbal recognition of your company’s sponsorship at the luncheon, a table-top display table, a 50% discount on tournament fees for your designated foursome, participation in handing out prizes at the awards luncheon and acknowledgment in the program booklet if received before April 26th. Golf Tournament Continental Breakfast – $1000
A continental breakfast will be available for the tournament players beginning at 7:00 a.m. in the cart staging area. Visit with the players as they register and prepare for the tournament. The Continental Breakfast Sponsor will receive a sign posted at the breakfast station, verbal acknowledgment of your sponsorship at the beginning of the tournament, a 50% discount on tournament fees for your designated foursome and acknowledgment in the program booklet if received before April 26th. 42” TVs on stands are available for advertising on the convention floor for the duration of the conference. The TVs may be vertical or horizontal, depending on your ad or logo design. Placement will be first-come, first-served. For the shared plasma TV, your ad will run with other ads in a constant loop.
Draw attention to your booth with an overhead exhibit banner. WCI will produce and hang a 4′ X 8′ full-color, double-sided, vertical banner, of your design, over your booth.

Exhibit Hall Aisle Sign

WCI will produce and hang full-color, vertical aisle signs in the exhibit hall. Your logo and aisle number will be displayed on the double-sided sign. This is a great way to associate your company with the aisle where your booth is located.
We will be producing WCI-TV again this year, and you can be a part of the action. WCI-TV will feature daily video headlines that highlight the events at the conference. By investing in a commercial or advertorial, your message will be delivered to conference attendees, as well as, WCI’s database, a targeted industry audience. Your company’s message will become part of the daily newscast and it will be distributed in the following ways:
- Emailed directly to the WCI Database
- Played on televisions in hotel guest rooms
- Posted to the WCI website
- Posted on You Tube
- Played in the WCI-TV Lounge and on the hotel TV’s
- Played on video screens in conference shuttle busses
Advertorial – $2500
The WCI-TV crew will work with a sponsoring company to develop a two-minute advertorial about your company and your product (think of it as a faux news report). This may be filmed at your booth or another location at the conference. The advertorial will include an interview with a company spokesperson, and video of any products on display. The crew will work with company representatives in advance of the show, to discuss the message and determine the format of the video.
Our team will also create custom graphics for each advertorial based on the company’s logo and color scheme. These graphics will be created in advance of the conference. The final video will be similar to a news report about your company which will be inserted into WCI-TV’s Daily Newscast for one day of the conference, and may be used for future marketing material.
Interview – $1500
Our team will conduct one-on-one interviews, which may be at your exhibit booth or your location of choice within the conference. You will have about a minute to talk about your company. Still images or video of the products on display at your booth may be added. The interview will be edited, air as part of the Daily Newscast, and be distributed as listed above.
Commercial – $500
Purchase “air time” within the daily newscast if you have an existing fifteen or thirty-second commercial. Your commercial will be embedded into the newscast as a break.
Promotional Soundbite (Mini Interview) – $500
Our team will conduct a brief interview with a representative from your company at your booth or at the WCI-TV studio. The thirty second soundbite will be included as part of the daily news headlines. You’ll have the opportunity to talk about your presence at WCI, or any new product or service you are offering.
