Check-In, Shipping & Booth Setup
Exhibitors will check in at a dedicated registration area located in front of the Exhibit Hall. All booth setup and shipping services are managed by US Tradeshows. Use your exhibitor portal to order furniture, electric, or shipping labels. If you have not received your login, contact US Tradeshows directly.

Alcohol & Balloons
No alcohol giveaways are permitted at booths (hotel policy). Balloons are welcome, but helium is not allowed.

Continuous shuttle service will run between the Caribe Royale and the Orlando World Center Marriott for registered WCI guests:
